Who we are

This website is run by Enerasoft Technologies LLP (Enerasoft). Our primary office is in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and our registered office is in Hisar, Haryana, India. You can reach us at hello@enerasoft.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message. Our server also records the IP address and time of the submission and includes them in the email we receive.
• Email you send us directly: whatever you choose to include.
• Website usage: Google Analytics collects page views and device and browser information through cookies or similar identifiers.

Why we use it

We do not sell your personal data.

• To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse.
• To understand which pages are useful.

Who processes it for us

These providers may process data outside India. Each has its own privacy terms.

• Cloudflare hosts the website and relays contact form requests.
• Vercel runs the server function that receives contact form submissions.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions to us by email.
• Google provides Analytics and serves the icon font. Loading the font sends your IP address to Google.
• Unsplash serves some images on the site, which sends your IP address to Unsplash.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, then delete them. Ask us if you want yours deleted sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to hello@enerasoft.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
